· I’ve never crocheted before. How do I start?
Right here! Making crochet fun is my philosophy. My amigurumis are easy to make with not complicated pattern instructions or difficult techniques.

· Is crochet hard to do?
Nope. It’s easy, inexpensive, relaxing and fun. YOU CAN DO THIS!
On this site I give you all the basic information you need to know to begin to crochet your first project, from the tools and materials necessary to get started, to step-by-step instructions on how to make the basic crochet stitches.
·What’s the best first project for me or a friend?
To make your first amigurumi project I offer you the Christmas tree ornaments pattern for free. You only have to invest on a crochet hook and a ball of yarn. Have fun with it!
·Do you have patterns for children?
All Tremendu patterns are easy to follow and suitable for children. If you want to know if the difficulty level of the pattern fits to your child’s skills, make sure you take a look at basic skills necessary indicated on every pattern description.
·I want to try crocheting one of your patterns, but I’m not sure if my skills are up to it. How do I know if I can do it?
I aim to make my patterns as easy to understand as possible by crocheters with all skill levels. But if you’re unsure if you have the skills to follow it, take a look at the pattern description, were we indicate you the basic skills necessary to finish your toy successfully. You can also email me for help.
·If I get confused in a pattern, can I ask you for help?
Of course you can! I will be happy to help you with any questions or concerns that come up while you’re using one of my patterns. Just contact me at email@example.com
·What kind of yarn do you use?
I love 100% wool yarn. It feels nice to work and I believe it gives you the best final result, with a great firm stitch.
My favorites are «DROPS Nepal» and «DROPS Alaska», a worsted weight yarn which comes in a wide variety of colors.
·I want my toys bigger/smaller. How can I make them?
It’s easy! All you have to do is substituting the indicated yarn thickness. If you want a bigger amigurumi, you will have to use a bulky yarn. If you want to make it smaller choose a thinner yarn. All you need to do is make sure you have the right hook size.
·Can I show you my project?
I love to see what you’ve crocheted! you can show us to firstname.lastname@example.org.

·What is a PDF?
This is a multi-page file of the patterns that is emailed to you immediately upon purchase that you can print out on your computer at home. It works on any brand of computer, tablet, smartphone or e-reader, all you need is the Adobe Reader program, which is downloadable for free.
·How quickly will I get my order?
All Tremendu patterns are PDFs that you can instantly download. After your purchase a fantastic computer system will send you an email to the adress you provided on your checkout, containing a link to download your pattern. Just click on it, and that’s it!
·How are online payments processed?
Shop with peace of mind, all orders placed on this website are managed and protected by Paypal (but you are not require to have a PayPal account to shop with me). You can pay securely with your Paypal account or major credit/debit card. I never see your financial information, I just receive an email saying you have paid me.
·I purchased a PDF file and now I can’t find it. Will you resend it to me?
If you don’t know where your file went on your computer, search your computer for: Tremendu-PATTERN NAME.pdf
If you still have trouble finding it, don’t worry, I will gladly re-send your PDF to you with proof of purchase. Just contact me at email@example.com
·What is your return policy?
I’m sorry but due to the nature of an e-mailed PDF Pattern there will be no refunds after you have received the pattern or any downloadable file.
·Can I sell what I make with your patterns?
All finished products from my patterns can be used for local sales (craft fairs, boutiques…)
If you do choose to sell any finished products from my patterns online, I do ask that you give my shop credits for the pattern.
·Can I use one of your patterns for a course purpose?
Sure! Just give my shop credits for the pattern. I hope you enjoy it.
·I don’t crochet, but I want one of your toys. Will you make one for me?
I do not offer customized or finished amigurumis.
I’m too busy designing them!
·Can I suggest a pattern idea?
Absolutely! We love to hear what you’d like to crochet.

We affectionately say tremendu to someone that makes surprising or unusual things, and also it is a descriptive word meaning «extraordinary». So why Tremendu? Because with a piece of yarn and hook all crocheters make tremendu things. We love being tremendu!
